Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your item if it is in new, unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
In case of a defective item or an error on our part, please notify us within 30 days of delivery — we’ll gladly replace it or issue a refund.
To start a return or exchange, simply email us at mail@allcatsgood.com. We will provide detailed instructions and return address information (returns may be sent to Ukraine or Poland, depending on the product origin).
Please note:

Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
You’re welcome to place a new order at any time — no need to wait for your return to be processed.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your item when it arrives and contact us immediately if something is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We’ll do everything we can to make it right.

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery of the last item in your order — for any reason and without needing to justify it (Directive 2011/83/EU and Directive 2023/2673).
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can:

After submitting your request, you will receive an email confirmation promptly.
The item must be returned within 14 days of submitting your withdrawal request, in its original condition, unworn and unused, with all packaging and proof of purchase included.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and this will be clearly communicated during the return process.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a full refund — including the standard outbound shipping cost — to your original payment method within 14 calendar days.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If so, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.
