Delivery Information
At Allcatsgood, we offer international shipping from both Ukraine and Poland, depending on the product and production location. You can find the country of dispatch, production time, and estimated delivery time listed on each product page individually for your convenience.
General Shipping Details
Shipping cost and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout, based on your destination.
Processing time: 2–6 business days.
Estimated shipping time:
EU / Europe: 4-10 business days.
USA: 5-14 business days
United Kingdom: 4-10 business days
Canada: 7-20 business days.
Asia: 7-28 business days.
Australia / New Zealand: — 14-28 business days.
Middle East / South America / Mexico (+ all other countries): 14-28 business days
Products shipped from Ukraine are sent via Ukrposhta, and those shipped from Poland are handled by Poczta Polska.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package on the respective postal service website or directly on our website here:

Customs & Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply in their country. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs procedures.

We want you and your pet to be happy with every Allcatsgood purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Return / Exchange Policy
If you'd like to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 15 days of delivery at

We will provide instructions and a return address.
Returned items must be in new, unused, and resellable condition.
You are welcome to place a new order for the item you want in exchange, without waiting for us to receive the return.
Once the return is processed, we’ll issue your refund and send you a confirmation email.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Cancellations
To cancel your order, email us as soon as possible at mail@allcatsgood.com.
If your order has not entered production or shipped, we will cancel and refund it in full.
If your order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to wait for delivery and then follow the return process outlined above.
Please note: Allcatsgood is not responsible for shipping delays once the item has been handed over to the carrier. All delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
Warranty & Defective Items
If your item arrives defective or there is a mistake with your order, please contact us at mail@allcatsgood.com within 30 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly, and if applicable, we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.
